I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The personnel were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the start. The room was great—large, spacious, and well-appointed with a lovely balcony. The bathroom featured a bathtub and an extra separate toilet, adding to the convenience. The hotel's location in the warehouse district was perfect, offering fantastic views of small waterfalls, a nice park, and nearby restaurants—all within walking distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Brand new posh hotel, got a great rate. Lots of great food options, 2 very nice coffee and pastry locations in the building. The downstairs Italian restaurant was good though a bit pricey. I’m from the Bay Area, CA though so it wasn’t a shock but might be to others.

The location can't be any better. It's right over the top of the cascading falls. It's also convenient to get to great restaurants. The decor is modern and fresh. The cleanliness was on point.

New property, great style! Lots of space to lounge around the hotel property. Great location next to water and restaurants. Attached parking garage that you cross a sky bridge to get to the hotel with an attached coffee shop and Italian restaurant.
